General

Charlie is living in Norway with big brother Silver in the family of Anita Johansen and Ole Ostlund. He is a big happy and playful male with strong bone structure and classical type.

Despite from the young age he has done very well in the shows. In Norwegian Specialty he was a BOB-junior under judge Mme Laura Vassallo in Hemsedal May 2010.

However he crowned his junior class shows in World Winner show 2010. He was the best junior male just before his brother Devil´s Luck and become the World Junior Winner 2010. What happened next I did not anticipate at all. In the following CAC competition he did beat all the other males and received the WW CAC 2010. He could not compete from CACIB and World Winner title due his age, but he was the best malinois male in the show as he was the Best of Breed at the end of the day.

Charlie was the best show malinois in Norway 2010 and 2011.

Anita and Charlie are also training for working competitions and that is the major goal with Charlie.

3.3.2013

Took me a while to make one of the final updates in Charlie´s page. He passed away 18.2 far too early, suddenly and shockingly. The final autopsy results did arrive and the certain reason for death remains unclear. The most likely reason is mesenteric torsion: a rare, sudden and unpredictable event with almost 100% mortality when it happens.

Anita and Ole - you were a match made for Charlie, the perfect family for him, you loved and cared him with all you heart and I will be ever grateful for that to you, because of that it is even more terrible that his life was so short.

Even that his life was short he lived it to the fullest as loved family member. That is all we can ask for.
